Who are we?
Logan & Mason is an importer and wholesaler of manchester and soft home furnishings. Our head office and warehouse is located in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We operate Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. We are wholesalers only and do not sell direct to the public.
How can a Logan & Mason Agent help me?
There is a Logan & Mason Sales Agent for every state and territory in Australia and New Zealand. The agent for your area will call in to see you, answer any questions you may have, show you samples of products and generally keep you up to date with new designs and upcoming promotions. How do I open an account?
Your local Logan & Mason agent can provide you with a credit application, or please call our office on (02) 9938 2333. Once your application is approved, you will be sent a welcome letter outlining our trading terms and conditions and your credit limit.
Payment methods?
We accept company cheques, bank cheques, direct deposit and credit card. Please note we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club (Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard only). When paying by direct deposit, please reference the invoice number/s you are paying. Bank account details can be obtained by contacting our office.
How do I make an order?
There is a link to our pdf order form on each product information page, or you can access this link through the site map. If you experience any trouble downloading the form, please contact us. Print out and fill in quantities required (please note some products have a minimum order quantity). Fax your completed forms to (02) 9939 2266 or give your completed forms to your local Logan & Mason agent who will forward them on to us for processing.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders under $200 will attract a $15 surcharge.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to mainland capital cities is free (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth). There will be a small fee for delivery to rural or remote areas. This will differ depending on your location. Please check with our sales team for exact price.
Point of Sale Material?
Logan & Mason can provide you with counter top 'A' frames which display full colour A4 photo flyers of our bed linen designs. Your customers can choose with ease using this system and as designs sell out, the flyers can be easily removed and replaced with new ones. We also provide metal display stands for our pillows (conditions apply). All point of sale material can be arranged by your local Logan & Mason agent or call us on (02) 9938 2333.
Returns and Credits?
If for any reason you need to return one of our products for replacement or credit, please call our office on (02) 9938 2333 and speak to customer service. You will be given a return authorisation number and they will advise you of best method of return, depending on your location, and also organise replacement stock to be dispatched if necessary.
Barcodes?
All our products are barcoded. Please direct any barcode enquiries to our office on (02) 9938 2333.
Can I get copies of photos?
All images and logos featured in our price list and on our web site are protected by copyright. For use of product images in customer catalogues and/or websites, authorisation from head office must be obtained. Enquiries to (02) 9938 2333. Unauthorised or inappropriate use of our images and logos is strictly forbidden.
